This course provides a focused explanation of the critical aspects of cybersecurity within satellite communications. Participants will gain a practical understanding of the challenges posed by the unique space environment and the fundamental principles of securing satellite communication systems.
7 – 11 Apr 2025 (5 days)
This course covers microwave path planning and teaches participants how to design paths that will not suffer from interference or interfere with other radio systems in the vicinity. Participants will learn how to design, operate and manage microwave networks in a cost-effective manner.
5 – 9 May 2025 (5 days)
This course provides end-to-end insight into FTTH GPON systems, covering fundamentals like optical fiber transmission and PON components to advanced topics such as enhanced transmission techniques. Participants will learn to design, plan, and dimension GPON systems for real-life FTTX scenarios, with a focus on using GIS tools like QGIS through hands-on workshops.

This is a certification course in submarine cable system networks. It will also cover advanced topics on the management of submarine cable businesses through consortium/Private-Public Partnerships (PPP) or private cable operators.
