The goal of the SS7/ MAP in CDMA training is to present details and analysis of the Network Switching Subsystem of CDMA in relation to SS7 including its layers such as MTP3, SCCP layer, and MAP layer. The participants will become familiar with ISUP signaling inter-working with CDMA MAP signaling.

SS7 over CDMA include analysis of signaling flows, debugging and troubleshooting. The participants will learn about practical usage of SS7 in CDMA NSS and be able to use it in daily operations and maintenance.

The participants will gain a detailed knowledge of SS7 in CDMA, its signal flows, the signal trace analysis; learn some case studies and its other applications of SS7 over CDMA.

A basic knowledge of Mobile Communication/ PSTN will be required.
