Question: I am looking for a customised telco course. Can Telefocal provide?
Answer: Yes, Telefocal would be able to provide customised training courses on any telco topics base on your requirements. We would, however, require a minimum of ONE month's notice before course delivery.

Question: How many participants do you require to start a class?
Answer: Depending on the training topics, we would require a minimum of between 6 to 8 participants to commence a private telco training.

Question: How do I apply for visa to enter into the country where the training will be held?
Answer: If visa is required to enter into the country where the training will be held, you are requested to cater 2-3 weeks for visa application. Telefocal will support your visa application by issuing letters of invitation for the applicant/s. Full passport details of the participants will be required prior to getting the letters prepared. Please browse through the visa requirements for various nationalities that can be found on the website of immigration agency of the country where training will be held.

Question: Where do I stay in country where a public course is held?
Answer: Telefocal would be able to assist in room reservation for the course participants. Though not a rule of thumb, as organiser of the training, hotels may extend corporate room rates to Telefocal and its clients. However, you need to make your room reservation early as rooms are subject to availability.

Question: When should I confirm my flight reservations?
Answer: You should only confirm your flight reservation once the course confirmation letter and/or confirmation email have been sent to you.

Question: When would I be able to get my certificate of attendance?
Answer: We will send you the certificate of attendance once course payment has been made.
